1. General Provisions

tpvip (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the Company", or "the Platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every user who registers on or browses our platform.

By accessing tpvip, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To create an account on tpvip, you must provide accurate personal information. Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. In the event of unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out using your login credentials.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

Before making a deposit, withdrawal, or claiming a bonus, we may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This may require copies of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are available for depositing funds on tpvip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

Please ensure that deposited funds are sent using the correct method and to the correct account number. tpvip will not be held responsible for deposits sent with incorrect details.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be suspended and investigated in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Processing times may increase in rare cases due to technical issues.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The responsibility for paying any applicable taxes or duties on winnings rests entirely with the user. tpvip does not provide advice on this matter.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tpvip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means that before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total of your deposit and bonus combined. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total of ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• Bonus bets may not apply to certain games or markets.
• If bonus offers are used fraudulently, the bonus and any winnings will be voided.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Other promotions, including VIP cashback, may have their own terms and conditions.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Wagering must be completed within the specified time after a bonus is activated. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically and the associated bonus balance will be removed.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

tpvip offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and other gaming options. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• tpvip reserves the right to make appropriate corrections if any round remains incomplete due to a technical error.
• tpvip is not responsible for any losses caused by network disconnection.
• Bets involving clearly incorrect odds or payouts may be reviewed.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are variable and may change up until the start of an event. Some delay may occur in live betting. Final settlement of bets will only take place after the official result is announced.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tpvip. Involvement in any such activity will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorised modifications to the platform's software.
• Engaging in abusive or harassing behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identification documents.
• Making deposits using a third party's card or payment method.

8. Account Suspension

8.1 Suspension by tpvip

tpvip may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• If documents required for verification are not submitted on time.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account closure request is processed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

In all cases tpvip's maximum liability is limited — under no circumstances will tpvip be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
